Once again Marshland Archers have been asked to host the archery event for the Rural Community Games. The event hosts a series of events throughout the year which include archery, netball, rounders, table tennis and badminton for villages based in West Norfolk. All the points from the events are collated and the winning village is presented a trophy at an award ceremony.
Last year Marshland provided training to beginners and captained the archery event which was held at Lynnsport Barn, Alive Leisure and was a great success. We hope this year’s turn out to be the same.
We will be hosting the event on Sunday 22nd April 2018 10am – 2pm again at Lynnsport Barn. Teams are made up of a maximum of 3 adults & 3 children. Juniors 8-15yrs & adults 16+ yrs. and be a mix of male and female.
You can find out more about the games at http://www.aliveleisure.co.uk/community or download the flyer.
