Marshland Archers – Safeguarding and Keeping You Safe
At Marshland Archers, everyone who comes to shoot, learn, help or watch is important to us. We want archery to be a safe, happy and welcoming place for children, young people, adults and anyone who might need extra support.
What We Believe
- Your safety and wellbeing always comes first.
- Everyone should feel respected, included and looked after at our club.
- All club helpers, coaches and volunteers follow clear rules to make sure you are safe.
- If somebody says or does something that worries you, you can speak up and be heard.
What This Means for You
- We have trained people at the club who look after everyone’s safety.
- We check adults who work or help with children to make sure they are suitable.
- We all follow simple behaviour rules to keep archery fun and safe.
- If a young person needs help, someone will listen and take action.
